Hotel is well located near Zhongshan park metro. Renovated last year so it’s considered as brand new. Everywhere is very clean. Staff is polite. Highly recommended and will stay again!

Definitely one of the best experiences I ever had in Shanghai. The location is perfect, right besides the park and the surroundings are so vibrant. Not to mention the hospitality here! Thx Scott, for making my trip in Shanghai Hyatt so special!

The hotel is well located and it's just a step out to Yuyuan Road. The decoration style is also very unique and I really like it. Especially, the receptionists, Lilian and Rita, are very warm-hearted and generous. They deserve praise and are also very gentle. They answered many of my questions. Thank you. I will choose this hotel again when I come to Shanghai next time.

The room is sizable, modern, clean, functional, and comfortable. The Nespresso machine is a nice touch. The safe is convenient. The sofa is great looking and comfortable. We can see some familiar elements in the deco as the Grand Hyatt in Hong Kong Wan Zai we stayed at just few days ago. The consistency contributes to the Hyatt brand around world. The service is superb. The hotel employees were all polite and professional. Check in was smooth. Delivery of items was quick. We asked for early check in and late check out and both were granted without fuss. The hotel is conveniently located near Zhongshan Park at the intersection of Yuyuan Road and Dingxi Road. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. And the iconic Jingan Temple and Wukang Road within walking distance. We were glad to have picked this Hyatt Centric hotel. We would not hesitate to return in the future and to recommend it to others.

Booked this by mistake (wanted to book caption by Hyatt) but it was a pleasant mistake. Overall feels like a decent business hotel- clean and polite service staffs. But it is a little bit pricey as I could get a bigger room + breakfast with the same prices at Caption which is literally next door.
