"Was my first time at Premier Inn and i was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. Since there are two hotels on site, I wasn’t sure which ones i was to be in so my Uber driver had to wait while i went inside the hotel. I walked right past the reception desk ( easy to miss bc its so small) and went to kiosk but wasn’t being successfully with it. So teh employee at teh reception desk came over and asked if her could help and checked me in in a heartbeat, allowing me to dismiss the Uber driver. Then the same employee not only helped me with my luggage, but took it up in the elevator for me, and the whole time he explained the amenities of the hotel. Once we reached my room, he continued to show me how the key and electricity works, etc. He also arranged for my airport shuttle in the morning. I’m sorry I can’t remember his name but he was excellent on customer service!!! The room was large and clean as was the bathroom. The TV automatically turned itself on and I had a hard time finding how to turn it off- no instructions or remote, etc. Although I didn’t use the coffee supplies, the fact that you had liquid milk/creamer for the coffee was a pleasant surprise. My only complaint was that the bed was too soft and the pillows too hard. I also could have I used a blanket and top sheet but turned on the heat instead to be comfortable. I did not use the restaurant or order any room service."

"During my stay, one of the restaurant staff was rude and made my family and me feel uneasy. The person didn't have good customer service skills, and it felt like we were being treated badly, which was upsetting. On the positive side, the receptionist was welcoming, lovely breakfast and the location is convenient."

"Was amazing hotel I stayed first time so convenient to airport u can have good night rest before you travel next day instead rushing from home on train breakfast was amazing view was good and staff was very kind and helpful I would definitely come again to this hotel"

"If you stay at a Premier Inn bring a toilet brush! I use Premier Inn quite a lot - convenient, comfortable and value for money. Not this time! There seems to have been a change in corporate policy, for the worse. The card that I got when checking in told me that I could get my room made up by informing Reception before 12:00, which I did. Upon my return to the room nothing had been done! Reception then informed me that their head office policy now was for stays longer than one night, rooms would only be made up after 5 days! Fortunately they found some clean towels, replacement tea bags and a toilet brush. Someone from the bar then helped me make up the room and clean the bathroom. Top marks for staff helpfulness but no marks for corporate cleanliness. "

"The room was clean and comfortable, location is brilliant but the room temperature was ridiculously hot. The air con didn’t seem to cool it down at all despite being on the lowest setting and it turned itself off at one point. Barely slept because of this. Restaurant menu was very lacking. Things on the room service menu you couldn’t get in the actual restaurant. The food was average at best. Nothing wrong with the room itself but wouldn’t stay here again for the room temperature alone."

"Excellent value for a late arrival flight before onward train journey the following morning. We even enjoyed the half hour stroll to and from the airport! Bed was comfortable, spacious new shower and good breakfast all included for £57 for two! Thank you!"

"The location is just 10 minutes walk from Manchester Airport Terminal 1. The room is clean but there is no fridge at all. It is a bit out of expectation that the bar and restaurant in the hotel are actually look exactly as its conference halls, I think they just put tables and chairs there in café setting and make it the restaurant, no any decent lighting, furniture, decorations to boost an dining atmosphere, not even sounds like a place for breakfast. You can see from the picture the venue can be reverted back to a conference hall just removing the table sets. A bit disappointed for the dinner of the night's stay as it is at hotel pricing, food is just ok. If you don't want to eat in the hotel, there is nothing close by unless you travel to other areas, the closest walkable location is the airport or the train station."

"Couldn’t be more pleased with our stay at Tribe - excellent room and facilities. The restaurant is well above average and the food was excellent. It made our early morning start much better than would otherwise have been the case. Highly recommended to all."

"They didn’t tell you when you book it on Trip.com or any of these other sites that tbe  Internet is bad then only when you’re going to the website you see  that if you pay you can. Breakfast was okay but quite expensive for what you could get."
