"I was amaze at new york hotel... it has change alot since my last stay...that was before covid..it got super better...the food spread were awesome the taste was super delicious and the hotel room look cleaner then Before....it worth my money spend....
But reception on Saturday wasnt pretty lenient...i wasnt allowed to change a few things which i feel is a need for me...
I need to change from bathtub to shower as i cannot climb over it and cant change the king bed to 1 single...
And a few more... sooo i hope i can be explained why now the hotel cannot accommodate at all for a little bit changes..."

"Musky smell in the entire building, dim lighting and pretty shady looking from the outside. Small room. Bedsheets weren’t very clean and some stains were visible. Toilet is bare minimum."

"Sadly noticed there is no housekeeping after 10 or 11pm .
Another feedback is hotel location that is secluded n dark and round a corner. If traffic light can be installed before a bend, to encourage drivers to slow down would be safer for all crossing over the road"

AAnonymous UserLocation is perfect with the mall just downstairs. Room size is quite decent, though bathroom is getting old with mould on the flooring.
Breakfast variety is not bad, but quite chaotic during weekend peak hours.

JJimbeiUnit is very new. Unblocked sea view. Super satisfied with the unit cleanliness and facilities. Aircon in all 3 rooms+living room, ceiling fan in all 3 rooms and living room. All utensils, microwave, fridge, gas stove and pots and pans, plate, cutleries, washing machine etc are all provided and clean. The only feedback would be a slippery floor in the bathroom and one of the room don't have power point next to the bed. Other than that, I'm fully satisfied and definitely will come back again.

We had a truly wonderful stay at LEGOLAND Hotel Malaysia from 3rd to 5th May 2025 to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. The entire experience was magical for our family!
The themed room was fun, vibrant, and perfect for kids. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure our celebration was smooth and enjoyable. Our daughter had an unforgettable birthday with lots of joy, surprises, and LEGO adventures.
Thank you, LEGOLAND Hotel, for making her special day even more memorable. We look forward to coming back again!

AAndrew JohnHave been looking for a reasonably priced room in JB close to Komtar. $50 rooms seem bad and $100+ seems needed for a good room.
Was looking through google maps and chanced up on Fives.. The pics looked good and limited negative reviews. I chanced booking a night which was actually cheaper booking through the Google maps link to trip.com rather than booking direct with trip.
Entering the reception, it was well presented, the checkin staff were friendly and there was a convenience store open until 2am, with a bar and live band next door.
I was staying on level 10. The corridor was clean and fresh. My room was very clean, fresh bedding, clean towels, small safe in room, decent size TV but not a great selection of channels. Provided coffee, tea, water, toothbrush, etc…
The blackout curtains in the room were good. Woke at 9am and the room was still dark.
I’ll definitely be staying at Fives again..

CCheryl BPThis is our first stay at KSL Hotel & Resort and immediately we are falling in love with it. Here is the feedback based on our experience.
Location:
5/5. Super duper convenient to the nearby eatery via grab or walking distance.
Cleanliness:
4/5. We saw some coarse grain sugar dropped by the previous guest and not properly clean/overlooked by the housekeeper. Bed, pillow & toilet are clean.
Amenities:
4/5. We booked a 3 guests room but only received a necessity for 2 guests, like bath towel, toothbrush, hotel slippers & cups. No supply for the shower cap, sanitary bag & laundry bag, please bring your own if needed. The wardrobe hang bar in vertical orientation instead of horizontal where it relatively reduces the amount of clothes you can hang. The shower glass door cannot close properly and eventually the shower water split out to the dry area. Toilet seat with build in bidet which is a plus point. Hotel room card was given 3 cards.
Service:
4.5/5. Check-in and checkout are both very smooth and fast. Hotel also provided luggage storage which is great where you can park your luggages b4 check-in or after checkout, great and thanks a lot for that. I think that's why the hotel doesn't have the lobby area with sofa coz the management uses the space for the guest to store their luggages while they can do their errands.
We will definitely come to stay at KSL Hotel & Resort if the price is right 👍.

Room are spacious, clean & comfy with nice unblocked view
TV channels were great with many movie.

NnotreveFantastic location, just across the road from Aeon Bukit Indah. Many other eateries and spas in the same area as well. A decent stay. Big room and generally clean. Stayed in rooms 719 and 720. 719 was a corner room so felt a little bigger. However, had to let the water run for a while before there was hot water. TV was also a little small for the room size.
As the hotel was beside a main road, window sound proofing should have been done better. Could hear the sound of vehicles while trying to sleep at night. Pillows were also on the soft side.
Amenities in the hotel includes a (clean) Javanese massage spa. The pool (under maintenance) and gym was really small. The breakfast in the hotel restaurant was nothing to rave about. Better off eating in the numerous eateries in the area.

JJensonV8 hotel is around 25 mins drive from checkpoint. Location is not bad with Macdonald’s and KFC nearby, there are also a few kopithiam and cafe (eg Larkopi)10 mins away away. There is a dim sum restaurant across the road, opens at 10am (but google maps and restaurant signage says open at 7am) and their staffs are not punctual so waste of time.
Only reason why I chose this hotel is they have a mini water playground and they have family suite with 2 beds for family of 4 (we have 2 young kids)
I will not come back again as I found a few cockroaches in the room :)

JJoeTmVery basic hotel near City Square. To reach the hotel, you can go through the Zenith lifestyle mall opposite Komtar on the 2nd floor and turn left. The streets are brightly lit and some eateries still opened so I don't feel unsafe. Stayed for just 1 night. Room was not very big but sufficient for 1 person. Tv has Sg channels which was a plus for me. Shower gel n shampoo does not feel good, so I used the soap instead. Water pressure and temperature in the shower was consistent. Drinking water can be obtained at the water dispenser. No toilet paper provided when I checked into the room and took a while for them to deliver after my request.
