"The hotel is well maintained and clean. Friendly staff. The location is good, on the border of the Konak in a small street that leads to the boulevard. There are two bus stations and one metro station nearby. The sea and the Clock Tower are an easy walk, half an hour... My room was very small but clean. The problem was the window that could not be opened and ventilation was not possible. There is no partition or shower curtain in the bathroom. There is also no shelf for toiletries. Breakfast was good, eggs, cheese, muesli, coffee, tea..."

"Staff are polite and speaks good English. Room is clean and tidy with good wifi. Only one short coming is the air conditioning system. It is default and customers cannot adjust the mode of operation themselves unless with the help of the hotel from the back end and once heating mode or cooling mode is used, the user cannot adjust the temperature or the airflow. So it becomes too hot or too cold. One credit to the staff is their flexibility and customer service. Since the air-conditioner in my room did not work, they helped to change our room immediately."
