Park Lake Luxury Hotel

Great and full nature resort in one of the most beautiful zone of Chile. Staff really kind and I appreciate their hospitality

Hotel muy lindo, su ubicación con una vista hermosa frente al lago, vista que tienen todas las habitaciones y restaurante del hotel. Atención del personal inmejorable, destaco a Micaela en sector restaurante, también a Lía, Daniela y Fabian en recepción.y también las personas del spa, lugar muy lindo, limpio, impecable. Nuestra habitación y baño grande, cómoda, con balcón que miraba al lago, la ropa de cama de primer nivel, aire acondicionado perfecto, sin ruido, con reposición de amenities, en general una estadía inolvidable. Si tuviera que comentar algo negativo me parece que los precios de la carta del restaurante algo elevados, solo eso. Y por último una sugerencia, mejoraría la iluminación del cartel con el nombre del hotel que en la noche no se ve muy bien.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience at this hotel. They charged me twice for the same booking and, despite my repeated efforts over several months, have failed to refund the overcharged amount. Initially, the hotel staff acknowledged the mistake and assured me that the refund was being processed. Later, they claimed the money was "stuck with the bank" — a vague excuse with no evidence provided. Since then, all communication has gone silent. They first stopped responding on WhatsApp, then on Instagram, and now they no longer reply to emails either. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional, it borders on consumer harassment. Hotels are in the business of hospitality — at the very least, one expects transparency, accountability, and basic customer service. Unfortunately, this hotel lacks all three. Their complete lack of integrity and disregard for guests once payment is received should serve as a red flag to any traveler. I strongly caution anyone considering this property — if something goes wrong, there is a real risk you'll be ignored, misled, and financially exploited. I will be reporting this matter to relevant consumer authorities and online platforms to ensure others don’t face the same ordeal. Travelers deserve better. Avoid this hotel.

Late check in because even if the hotel rules says that the rooms are ready at 3 pm, at 3:30 pm still they asked for more time… The Christmas dinner buffet was not worthy 100 USD per person, the breakfast was much better. Only one bathrobe in the room, they promised to bring a second one but never arrived… For me is not a 5 stars category overall

Great to have this fantastic hotel and location operational again. You can feel the gigantic work in the reopening and effort to establish one more time a 5 star experience in this area of Chile. The new team is helpful and very profesional. It is by far the best SPA in the area.

This hotel is beautiful, the staff are attentive, and the food is amazing. But if you're from the U.S. you may not want to stay here. When we checked in, the hotel's system could not process any of our U.S. credit cards. Not AmEx, nor Visa. We used the cards at restaurants and shops, so we know they work in Chile. Thankfully we had a Chilean credit card so we weren't turned away. When we departed the hotel tried again, and again no credit card from the U.S. would work in their system. The front desk told me this happens often, especially with AmEx. So if you're from the U.S., you could show up and not be able to check in, which could leave you in a bad situation. Other than this critical problem, the hotel is fantastic.
